1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings defined below:

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

3 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. If a person operates more than one account, all accounts may be permanently closed and any bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. If an account is registered with false or incomplete information, babu88 reserves the right to cancel that account and funds in the account may not be returned.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Single Device and Network Policy

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on babu88 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. The relevant payment method guidelines must be followed when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

5.1 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer applies under its own terms and conditions, which are communicated separately.
• It may not be possible to claim a subsequent bonus without first completing the wagering on an existing bonus.
• Taking advantage of multiple bonus offers at the same time is not possible unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering conditions must be met before winnings generated from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• If bonus fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 VIP Cashback

babu88's VIP programme has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level, calculated as a set percentage of that week's net loss. For example: a Gold level member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Higher levels earn cashback at a greater rate.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The general rules below apply to participation in babu88's slots, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming sections. Each gaming section may have its own specific rules, which will be stated on that section's page.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical fault on the platform caused the issue.
• If an active bet or game session is affected by a technical problem, disconnection or power outage, the relevant policy will apply.
• Game outcomes are determined by the server logs of the relevant game provider.

6.2 Sports Betting

Quoted odds may change when placing bets on cricket, football and other sports. The odds at the moment the bet is accepted are final. If a match is abandoned, postponed or subject to an unexpected change, the relevant rules will apply and the bet may be cancelled.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

babu88 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice if these terms are breached, fraud is suspected, or the user fails to cooperate with the verification process. In the case of permanent closure, any valid balance will be returned, but bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User
